Karina Bautista

Galapagos Instructor

Karina Bautista was born and raised in Quito. She studied Political Science and Latin American History in College both in the U.S and in Brazil. After graduating Karina has worked on environmental conservation projects, first in the Ecuadorian Sierra Region with NGO World Vision, and later in Thailand with the Tai Muang National Park. For the past 2 years Karina has worked in the Galapagos Islands with an Environmental Education Project in one of the local schools as well as teaching other subjects to elementary school kids. Karina enjoys art, rock climbing, surfing, and biking.
