Before joining the EPI staff, John spent his days as a biology instructor, a field guide, a sea turtle biologist, and a student of the nonprofit world. With EPI, he reaches out to schools, teachers and students, inviting them to become part of EPI’s programs and mission. When he’s not navigating the intersections between conservation and education, John can usually be found stuck somewhere to a guitar, mandolin, lake, forest or mountain.
