During the past 13 years she has worked with social and environmental programs using strategic communication, environmental education, and public participation tools. For seven years she has worked directly to help reduce the gap between science and society – involving students, fishermen, farmers, scientists, and community members in conservation projects for sustainable development. She loves to see sunrise at sea while sailing from one island to another. Her passion is to involve people in social change for a more sustainable and equitable future.
