Benjamin Troyo Vega
Mexico InstructorBenjamin is from La Paz, B.C.S. He studied Marine Biology and has a Masters Degree in Marine Sciences, both from the Autonomus University of Baja California Sur (UABCS). He was part of the Research Program of Marine Mammals in the UABCS and worked on projects with Gray Whales, Humpback Whales, and Beaked Whales, and also participated in marine mammal cruises along the Gulf of California. He carries a strong interest in the ecology and conservation of cetaceans.
Benjamin enjoys photography, swimming, kayaking, reading, traveling and nature and wildlife. He is happy with the idea of being part of EPI’s team and collaborating in their education and conservation efforts.
