Online

Credit Card: You can use our secure online donation form to support EPI using your Visa or MasterCard.

PayPal: You can also make an online donation using PayPal. Please note that this method requires you to have an existing PayPal account or create a new one as part of the donation process. The address to send your donation is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Searching and shopping: Yes! You read that right, you will be contributing to EPI’s efforts by surfing the internet or shopping online. Just go to GoodSearch and start today!

Gifts of Stock

We are happy to accept gifts of stock. The IRS provides one of its most significant tax breaks for donations of appreciated securities. To ensure that your stock gift is properly attributed, please email us, state your intent to gift stock, the approximate date of transfer, and type of stock.

Monthly Giving Program

By joining our Conservation Club, you provide a monthly donation directly from your credit card to EPI over an extended period of time. Monthly contributions will be charged on the first business day of each month and continue as long as you wish. You can change, suspend, or cancel your gift at any time. You will receive a tax receipt at the end of each year summarizing your total monthly donations for that calendar year. Join our Conservation Club today!

Workplace Giving

If your employer offers a workplace giving option, please select EPI as your designated charity. EPI is a member of Montana SHARES and Guidestar. Contact us for more information about workplace giving or to add us to your employer’s menu of approved charities.

Matching Gifts

Participating in your employer’s Matching Gift Program allows you to double, or triple your gift to EPI. To participate, please request a matching gift form from your HR department, complete it, and send us the completed form. We will notify you when your gift has been matched.

Planned Giving

Adding EPI to your will is a wonderful way to leave a legacy and impact the next generation, by supporting education and environmental protection. EPI is a member of Legacy Montana, a group of over 40 nonprofit organizations and a resource to guide you in your estate planning. If you are interested in naming EPI as a beneficiary in your will, please designate the following: “Ecology Project International, a nonprofit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business address at P.O. Box 9192, Missoula, MT 59802.” Our tax id number is 91-2163952.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations of services, camping equipment, and items for our programs and annual fundraising auction are key to our success in providing educational opportunities to youth and to ensure funds go directly to our student programs. Please contact us if you have materials to donate that will be of value for our programs or events.
