Emma Heydenberk
Yellowstone Field Instructor
Emma participated in an EPI Costa Rica course in 2017, which ignited a passion for the conservation field that has influenced her career decisions since. From Cody, Wyoming, she's worked with mallards, used radio telemetry to study toads, and explored the thermophilic bacteria of Yellowstone! She loves connecting people to the world's amazing environments and looks forward to sharing the beauty of her home ecosystem with EPI students. Emma loves all the classic outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and camping. When she's not soaking up everything nature has to offer, she can be found dancing, playing music, or trying out a new craft.
