Helen Joyce

Helen Joyce grew up surrounded by biologists, conservationists, and educators in Monteverde, Costa Rica. She met EPI's co-founder Julie Osborn as a child, and then as an adolescent watched EPI grow from an idea into the organization it is today. She has always admired the way EPI connects young people to science, the natural world, and to each other. She is delighted to have the opportunity to continue to support EPI as a board member.

Helen is a family medicine physician in Ventura, California where she takes care of people of all ages.
