In order to enroll in an EPI course, a user must first complete the enrollment form. During enrollment, a user is required to give certain information (such as name, address, email address, etc.). This information is used to contact you about the course in which you have enrolled. It may be used in the future to contact you about other courses or EPI items you may be interested in.
EPI Store Orders and Donations
We request information from you on our EPI Store order form and our Donation form. To buy from us or to donate to us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order or donation, we'll use this information to contact you. We may also use this information to contact you about other donation opportunities.
