Andrés has a strong track record in sustainability, social and environmental impact, and field-based conservation work. He has combined strategic vision with hands-on, field-level execution and human-centered leadership, working closely with local communities, NGOs, researchers, and international students and teachers.
He has led conservation initiatives, outdoor and experiential environmental education programs in Belize, Galápagos and Costa Rica; focusing on immersive learning, ecological monitoring, and applied sustainability practices. Andrés’ work is grounded in strong ethical coherence, the ability to operate in complex field and cross-cultural contexts, and a long-term commitment to place-based conservation and education.
