Sebastián Munive

Sebastián is originally from Mexico City and moved to La Paz, Baja California Sur four years ago to study Marine Biology.
In addition to being a marine biologist, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with organizations dedicated to shark research and outreach. He is also a nature-oriented tourism guide and nature interpreter.
Sebastián is excited to join EPI because it feels like the professional direction he wants to pursue — a chance to do what he loves in a new environment and alongside a phenomenal team.
In his free time, he enjoys ocean-related activities like fishing and surfing, music, and identifying fish and marine mammals. Whenever he gets the chance to go out to sea — whether to study sharks, guide visitors to the island, or simply meet new people — he takes it.
