Adriana Vázquez

Adriana is a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Universidad de las Américas-Puebla, Mexico, a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Western Australia, and a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Coaching at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

With over 15 years of experience designing and implementing talent and leadership strategies for multinational companies and NGOs across Latin America, Austria, and the U.S., she leads initiatives to improve organizational culture, support change management, and foster talent development, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining a people-focused, purpose-driven approach.
