Milagros Bednarski

Milagros is the only member of EPI’s staff based in Argentina. She studied Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires, which provided her with a strong foundation in social analysis, communication, and management. Her professional background combines experience in the political and institutional field —where she worked in institutional relations, speechwriting, political liaison, and project management. Over time, she shifted her focus toward human resources, where she has managed international recruitment processes, onboarding, and the strengthening of organizational culture in global companies.

She currently works as a Human Talent Specialist at EPI, leading recruitment and selection processes, induction programs, organizational culture activities, and internal communication strategies in a multicultural environment.

Milagros has complemented her education with courses in digital marketing, public speaking, international politics, gender indicators, and writing, and she is always eager to explore new learning opportunities.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring her creative side through pottery —most of her dishware was made by herself— as well as writing and reading. Traveling is one of her greatest passions: she loves discovering new cultures and destinations, especially when shared with friends.
