Research Station
Rustic Cabins
At Pacuare Reserve, solo travelers, researchers, volunteers, student groups, and teachers can experience firsthand the work of a field station dedicated to biodiversity research and conservation, where wildlife monitoring collects scientific data on species like the Leatherback turtle and the Agami heron.
The Reserve has two field stations where you can stay in a rustic wooden cabin nestled in the forest.
Rustic Cabins Amenities
Pacuare Reserve is a remote rainforest destination. Part of the experience is embracing nature on its own terms, with the essentials provided. Rustic cabins include:

Cabins do not have private bathroom, electricity, lighting, Wi-Fi, soap, towels, fans, or air conditioning.
